You will join our established corporate team advising multinational companies and financial institutions on Irish corporate law, M&A, and joint ventures. Key Responsibilities
- Advise on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
- Draft and negotiate share purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements
- Advise on Irish Companies Act 2014 compliance
- Support cross-border transactions for multinational clients
- Conduct corporate due diligence and legal research

Requirements
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor on the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland
- 3-5 years PQE in corporate or commercial law
- Experience with M&A transactions
- Strong knowledge of Irish Companies Act 2014
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Cork
