Job Description

Our client, a leading cloud provider and AI hyperscaler in an exciting stage of hyper-growth, is looking to hire a strategic and sophisticated corporate attorney to serve as Deputy General Counsel, Capital Markets & Strategic Transactions. This attorney will report directly to the General Counsel, and will serve as internal lead counsel for equity and debt capital markets activity, structured financings, and strategic transactions that enable the continued deployment and growth of the company’s hyperscale cloud and AI infrastructure worldwide, while supporting the company’s speed, flexibility, and operational excellence. There will be a particular emphasis on innovative financing structures and high-impact transactions.   This attorney will operate as a hands-on, business-embedded strategic legal partner, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to structure and execute critical transactions in a fast-moving, technically sophisticated, and high-growth environment. They will manage a team, and will have the opportunity to continue to build out the function.
