What you'll do...
Role Summary Leads the development and execution of division-wide strategy with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and inventory integrity across the Specialty Division network. Accountable for translating business strategy into measurable outcomes by driving variance performance, regulatory compliance (Health & Wellness), and operational excellence. Ensures alignment between strategic priorities and execution through governance, change leadership, and cross-functional integration. About the Team This role operates within the Specialty Division Supply Chain network (10 facilities) and partners closely with General Managers, Health & Wellness stakeholders, and cross-functional teams (Service, Engineering, Merchandising, Compliance). The Director will:- Serve as the single-threaded leader for compliance, quality, and integrity outcomes
- Bridge Health & Wellness regulatory expertise with Supply Chain operations
- Drive standardization and sustainability of compliance and quality processes
- Play a critical role in enterprise risk mitigation and business continuity (emergency response protocols)
- Develop and communicate the organizational vision and strategic execution plan
- Define and track key performance metrics (quality, compliance, variance, inventory integrity)
- Build decision-making frameworks to prioritize initiatives and guide leadership
- Align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategy translates into field execution
- Own Health & Wellness regulatory compliance across the division
- Drive accountability for quality outcomes and variance performance
- Standardize and sustain compliance and quality operating processes across all facilities
- Ensure inventory integrity and root cause resolution for defects and variances
- Lead division-wide change initiatives from pilot through full execution
- Assess readiness, risks, and adoption barriers and adjust strategies accordingly
- Oversee project plans, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives
- Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and compliance standards
- Identify systemic barriers impacting performance, compliance, and quality
- Partner with Service and Engineering teams to isolate root cause and implement fixes
- Benchmark industry and competitor practices to improve division performance
- Drive process improvements and innovation opportunities across the network
- Establish governance mechanisms to monitor compliance, quality, and execution performance
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure consistent execution of emergency response protocols
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Lead and influence General Managers (dotted line) and cross-functional partners
- Drive alignment across Supply Chain, Health & Wellness, Merchandising, and Support teams
- Sponsor initiatives that impact store, corporate, and supply chain processes
- Develop and maintain a high-performing, compliance-focused team
- Build capability in quality, regulatory expertise, and problem solving

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
