Job Description
Divjak, Topić, Bahtijarević & Krka is hiring an Employment & Labour Law Associate to advise employers on workforce restructuring, collective bargaining, workplace disputes, and compliance with Croatian Labour Act and EU employment directives.
Responsibilities
Advise employers on hiring, termination, and workplace restructuring. Draft employment contracts, internal policies, and workplace regulations. Represent clients in labour court disputes and mediation proceedings. Advise on collective bargaining agreements and trade union relations. Ensure compliance with EU employment directives transposed into Croatian law.
Requirements
Croatian law degree and Bar admission. 1-3 years of experience in employment or labour law. Knowledge of Croatian Labour Act, Works Council regulations, and EU Posted Workers Directive. Strong English language skills. Experience advising multinational employers is an advantage.
