Job Description

Divjak, Topić, Bahtijarević & Krka seeks a Senior EU Law Attorney to advise Croatian and multinational clients on EU regulatory compliance, state aid rules, and accession-related legal frameworks. You will represent clients before Croatian courts and EU institutions on cross-border matters.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on EU regulatory and compliance matters. Draft submissions to the European Commission and EU courts. Coordinate with partner firms across EU member states. Mentor junior associates on EU legal frameworks. Lead cross-border due diligence for EU-funded projects.

Requirements

Law degree from a Croatian or EU-accredited university. Admission to the Croatian Bar. Minimum 7 years of EU law experience. Fluency in Croatian and English required; German or French a plus. Deep knowledge of EU treaties, directives, and Croatian harmonisation legislation.
