Job Description
Nagy és Trócsányi is looking for an EU Law and Regulatory Affairs Lawyer for its Pécs office. The role involves advising clients on EU regulatory frameworks, Hungarian implementation of EU directives, and representing clients before Hungarian and EU regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities
Advise on the implementation of EU directives into Hungarian law. Support clients with EU funding applications and compliance requirements. Handle regulatory proceedings before Hungarian administrative authorities. Draft submissions to the European Commission and EU agencies. Monitor EU legislative developments and assess their impact on Hungarian clients.
Requirements
Hungarian law degree with 3-5 years of EU law or regulatory affairs experience. Strong knowledge of EU institutional law and Hungarian administrative procedures. Experience with EU-funded projects or structural funds preferred. Fluent in Hungarian and English; knowledge of German or French an advantage.
