Job Description

Nagy és Trócsányi is recruiting a Real Estate and Construction Lawyer to handle commercial property transactions and construction projects. The firm advises leading developers, investors, and financial institutions on complex real estate deals across Hungary.

Responsibilities

Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential real estate. Draft and negotiate lease agreements, construction contracts, and facility management arrangements. Conduct real estate due diligence including title verification and zoning analysis. Support real estate financing transactions. Handle land registry filings and coordinate with notaries.

Requirements

Qualified Hungarian lawyer with 4-7 years of real estate law experience. Knowledge of Hungarian land registry procedures and construction regulations. Experience drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements and SPAs. Proficiency in Hungarian and English required.
