Job Description

Morgan & Morgan seeks a Junior Immigration Associate to handle visa applications, permanent residency filings, and work permits for foreign nationals moving to Panama. Panama's Friendly Nations Visa and Pensionado programs attract significant immigration volume, and this role supports the firm's busy immigration practice.

Responsibilities

Prepare and file visa and residency applications with the Servicio Nacional de Migración. Guide clients through the Friendly Nations Visa and Pensionado programs. Coordinate apostille and document legalization processes. Track application status and manage client communications. Assist with work permit applications for foreign employees.

Requirements

Licenciatura en Derecho. Colegio Nacional de Abogados membership. 1-2 years of immigration law experience or strong interest in the field. Knowledge of the Servicio Nacional de Migración procedures. Bilingual Spanish/English.
