Infrastructure & Construction Associate — Sciaroni & Associates, Siem Reap

Sciaroni & Associates is looking for a mid-level Associate to support its infrastructure and construction practice, based in Siem Reap. You will advise on construction contracts, infrastructure concessions, and government procurement in Cambodia's rapidly developing tourism and transport sector, with a particular focus on projects in the Siem Reap-Angkor region.

Siem Reap is undergoing major infrastructure investment, including the new Siem Reap Angkor International Airport and road expansion projects. This role offers frontline exposure to Cambodia's infrastructure boom.

• Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, and supply contracts
• Advise on government procurement procedures and public-private partnership structures
• Conduct legal due diligence on infrastructure projects and concession arrangements
• Advise on land acquisition and resettlement for infrastructure projects
• Handle construction dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration proceedings
• Support the firm's tourism and hospitality clients in Siem Reap on real estate and construction matters

• 3-6 years' PQE in construction law, infrastructure, or project finance
• Admitted to the BAKC or eligible for admission
• Knowledge of Cambodia's public procurement framework, concession agreements, and the Law on Concessions (2007)
• Experience with FIDIC-based contracts, EPC agreements, and construction dispute resolution
• Understanding of environmental impact assessment requirements under the Environmental Protection Law
• Fluent Khmer and English
