Job Description

Škubla & Partneri, a leading Slovak law firm, is looking for a Junior Advokát to strengthen its Real Estate and Construction team in Bratislava. You will work on property transactions, development projects, and construction contracts across Slovakia, including industrial parks in western Slovakia and logistics centres near the D1 motorway corridor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Advokát who completed the advokátsky koncipient training and passed the SAK bar examination. You will handle Kataster nehnuteľností (Land Registry) filings, draft lease agreements under the Občiansky zákonník, and advise on zoning and construction permits under the Stavebný zákon.

Responsibilities

Assist on real estate acquisitions and disposals across Slovakia. Draft and review lease agreements and construction contracts. Handle Kataster nehnuteľností filings and title searches. Support due diligence on development projects and industrial parks. Research zoning regulations and building permit requirements under Slovak law.

Requirements

Newly registered Advokát with SAK (0-2 years PQE). Completed koncipient period. Knowledge of Slovak real estate law, including Občiansky zákonník property provisions, Katastrálny zákon, and Stavebný zákon. Slovak and English fluency required.
