Gide Loyrette Nouel's Algiers office is seeking a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join its growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recently qualified lawyer to begin their career at a top-tier international firm with direct involvement in high-profile transactions.

Role Description

Assist on corporate transactions, company formations, and regulatory filings in Algeria
Research and draft legal memos on Algerian commercial law and investment regulations
Support senior associates and partners on M&A due diligence and documentation
Prepare corporate governance documents and annual compliance filings
Monitor regulatory developments affecting foreign investment in Algeria
Assist with client presentations and pitch materials

Requirements
