Junior Corporate Solicitor - A&L Goodbody
A&L Goodbody is seeking a Junior Corporate Solicitor to join our corporate and M&A department in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to develop their career at one of Ireland's top-tier firms, working on high-profile transactions alongside experienced partners and senior associates.
You will gain hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work under the Irish Companies Act 2014.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist on M&A transactions including due diligence and closing
- Draft board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and Companies Act filings
- Assist with private equity and venture capital transactions
- Conduct legal research on corporate law issues
- Liaise with the Companies Registration Office (CRO)

Requirements
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor recently admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland
- 0-2 years PQE in corporate or commercial law
- Completed the Professional Practice Course (PPC) at the Law Society of Ireland
- Strong academic record from a recognised Irish university (UCD, Trinity College Dublin, or equivalent)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
