Job Description
Slovak Telekom is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel for its Regional Network Operations team based in Žilina. You will support the legal aspects of telecommunications network expansion, rights-of-way agreements, and infrastructure deployment across northwestern Slovakia.
The Žilina region is a priority area for 5G deployment and fibre-optic network expansion. This role involves negotiating access agreements with municipalities and landowners, handling construction permits for telecom infrastructure, and supporting the regional operations team with day-to-day legal queries.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate rights-of-way and land access agreements for network infrastructure. Handle construction permit applications for telecom towers and fibre-optic routes. Advise on municipal regulations affecting network deployment in the Žilina region. Support resolution of disputes with property owners and local authorities. Coordinate with Slovak Telekom's central legal team in Bratislava. Manage regional contract administration and legal document filing.
Requirements
Slovak law degree (Mgr.) with 1-3 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or administrative law. Knowledge of Slovak construction and zoning regulations. Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure legal framework preferred. Fluent Slovak and English.
