Job Description
UniCredit SpA is hiring a Legal Counsel for its Group Legal — Capital Markets team at the iconic Piazza Gae Aulenti headquarters in Milan's Porta Nuova district. You will provide legal support on debt and equity capital markets transactions, derivatives, and structured products across UniCredit's European footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on bond issuances, securitisations, and covered bond programmes under Italian and EU law
- Review ISDA documentation, structured product terms, and OTC derivatives under EMIR
- Ensure compliance with CONSOB regulations, MiFID II, and Prospectus Regulation
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulators on cross-border transactions
Requirements
- Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza; LLM in banking/finance law preferred
- Admitted as Avvocato; 5-8 years PQE in capital markets or banking
- In-depth knowledge of TUF (Testo Unico della Finanza) and CONSOB regulations
- Fluent English; additional EU language a plus
Responsibilities
