BTSE is seeking ambitious, motivated professionals to join our B2C and B2B teams.   About the Opportunity: We are looking for a sharp, agile Commercial Lawyer to handle the operational heartbeat of the exchange. You will manage everyday contract pipelines, negotiate vendor agreements, and spearhead product launch projects.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts (e.g., SaaS, marketing partnerships, market maker agreements, and liquidity provider layouts).

• Act as the primary legal partner for product and engineering teams, ensuring new features launch with solid terms of service and minimal user friction.

Requirement:

• Qualified lawyer.

• Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally with a mix of top-tier law firm training and in-house experience.

• Strong background in FinTech, Web3, or crypto exchanges.

• Deep understanding of crypto, high risk-tolerance for ambiguity, creative drafting, and the ability to explain complex legal risks to non-lawyers in plain English.

• Hands on at work and can be independent in managing complex projects whilst still working as part of a team.

• Great communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Familiar with crypto use cases.
