If you’re looking to grow your career and make a real impact in a global team, Coda is the place for you.  The Opportunity We are looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel, Product and Regulatory to support Coda's expansion of payments, fintech, and digital commerce operations across multiple jurisdictions.   This role goes beyond pure regulatory analysis. You will work closely with Product, Commercial, Compliance, Tax, and Finance teams to structure compliant business models, assess fund flows, evaluate partnership structures, and support cross-border market expansion. The ideal candidate understands how regulatory requirements intersect with product design and revenue models.
