Job Description

Cobalt Latvia is recruiting a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer to represent clients in civil, commercial, and administrative disputes in the Latgale region. This position is based in Daugavpils and involves regular appearances before regional courts.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in commercial disputes before Latvian courts and arbitral tribunals. Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements. Advise on pre-litigation strategies and alternative dispute resolution options. Handle enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards.

Requirements

Master's degree in law. 3-5 years of litigation experience. Knowledge of Latvian Civil Procedure Law and Arbitration Law. Sworn advocate status or eligibility. Fluent in Latvian and English; Russian proficiency is an advantage for this role.
