We’re team players and we’re always looking for ways to grow and excel together. Join us!
About the Role
DoorDash is hiring a Litigation Program Manager to join our Litigation team at a pivotal stage of company growth. This is a role with real ownership: you will oversee significant portions of our commercial litigation docket while also improving how the work gets done.
You’ll support complex litigations and investigations from intake through resolution while also stepping back to identify inefficiencies and improve processes. This role blends core paralegal execution with program leadership, systems thinking, and practical application of AI and automation to make the Litigation team more effective at scale.
You’ll work closely with Litigation attorneys and with Legal Operations, eDiscovery, Data, Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams. You will regularly guide junior team members and coordinate workstreams across functions.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own and manage a substantial portion of DoorDash’s litigation docket, including case intake, investigations, discovery coordination, settlement administration, and resolution of lower-risk matters
- Act as a day-to-day driver for litigation operations, spotting issues, keeping matters moving, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Lead and influence cross-functional partners in areas including gathering data and documents, managing vendors, and processing payments
- Design, improve, and scale litigation processes—using systems thinking and clear judgment to make the team incrementally more effective over time
- Apply AI tools (e.g., LLMs) in workflows to review, summarize, analyze, and track case information, and to reduce manual effort across the docket
We’re excited about you because…
- You operate with high ownership and sound judgment, and are comfortable being the point person in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
- You can juggle multiple matters and projects simultaneously, set priorities independently, and consistently follow through
- You think in systems: you notice inefficiencies, propose practical fixes, and actually implement them
- You are AI-fluent, with hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or other LLMs to organize information, accelerate analysis, and improve productivity (not just experiment)
- You communicate clearly and collaborate well across functions, including with non-legal partners
- You bring 6+ years of experience supporting litigation teams as a paralegal and/or program manager at an in-house legal department and/or a top law firm
- You are comfortable working in modern enterprise tools (e.g., Google Vault, Slack, Jira, Sigma), and adapt quickly to new systems
- You bring humility, resilience, and a sense of humor—no task is beneath you, and no problem is someone else’s by default
