NautaDutilh, a leading Benelux law firm, is looking for a Mid-Level Advocaat to strengthen our Banking & Finance practice group in Amsterdam.
About the Role
You will advise banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on leveraged finance transactions, acquisition financing, project finance, and restructurings. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex loan documentation under Dutch law and coordinating with international counsel on cross-border financing structures.
Requirements
- Meester in de rechten with strong academic credentials
- Admitted to the Dutch Bar (Orde van Advocaten)
- 3-6 years of experience in banking and finance law at a top-tier firm
- Thorough knowledge of Dutch civil law and security interests
- Experience with LMA documentation
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus
