Job Description

Dentons HH&M seeks an Associate for its Mombasa branch office to serve the Coast region's legal market. The role is a general practice position covering property law, commercial disputes, employment matters, and shipping-related work arising from Mombasa port and the wider coastal economy.

Responsibilities

Handle a mixed caseload of conveyancing, commercial contracts, and court work. Attend to matters at the Mombasa Law Courts and Environment and Land Court. Manage client relationships in the Coast region. Support the branch's growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. 1-3 years PQE in general legal practice. Willingness to be based in Mombasa. Knowledge of local land tenure systems (coastal historical titles) is an advantage.

Compensation

KSh100,000 - KSh200,000/month
