Job Description

Sorainen Latvia is looking for a Paralegal to support the Corporate Services team with company formations, annual filings, and corporate maintenance tasks. This is an excellent entry-level position for a recent law graduate interested in corporate law.

Responsibilities

Prepare and file company registration documents with the Enterprise Register. Maintain corporate registers and manage annual compliance filings. Assist with shareholder resolutions, board minutes, and power of attorney documents. Support lawyers with due diligence data room management.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in law. 0-2 years of experience in a legal environment. Familiarity with the Latvian Enterprise Register and Commercial Law. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent in Latvian and English.
