Job Description
Paralegal — Corporate Team — Al Tamimi & Company
Al Tamimi & Company is seeking a Paralegal to support the corporate and commercial team at our DIFC headquarters in Dubai. You will assist lawyers with M&A transactions, company formations, and corporate governance filings across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file company formation documents with DED (Department of Economic Development), DIFC Registrar, and ADGM Registrar
- Conduct corporate searches, trade licence checks, and beneficial ownership investigations
- Assist with due diligence exercises for M&A transactions — organise data rooms and document review
- Prepare board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, and corporate governance documents
- Coordinate notarisation, legalisation, and attestation of documents through UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Maintain corporate records, minute books, and compliance calendars for client entities

Requirements
- Paralegal diploma or bachelor's degree in law
- 2-4 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firm setting
- Experience with UAE company formation and corporate governance filings
- Proficiency with document management systems and legal research databases
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
