Job Description

Paralegal — Corporate Team — Al Tamimi & Company

Al Tamimi & Company is seeking a Paralegal to support the corporate and commercial team at our DIFC headquarters in Dubai. You will assist lawyers with M&A transactions, company formations, and corporate governance filings across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file company formation documents with DED (Department of Economic Development), DIFC Registrar, and ADGM Registrar
  • Conduct corporate searches, trade licence checks, and beneficial ownership investigations
  • Assist with due diligence exercises for M&A transactions — organise data rooms and document review
  • Prepare board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, and corporate governance documents
  • Coordinate notarisation, legalisation, and attestation of documents through UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Maintain corporate records, minute books, and compliance calendars for client entities

Requirements

  • Paralegal diploma or bachelor's degree in law
  • 2-4 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firm setting
  • Experience with UAE company formation and corporate governance filings
  • Proficiency with document management systems and legal research databases
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
