Bowmans seeks a Senior Associate for its Corporate and M&A practice in Johannesburg. The role involves leading deal teams on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and JSE-regulated transactions. You will draft transaction documents, manage due diligence processes, negotiate with counterparties, and advise listed companies and private equity funds on complex corporate transactions across Africa.

Requirements

Admitted attorney with 5-8 years PQE in corporate law and M&A. LLB required. Experience with JSE Listings Requirements, Companies Act, and Takeover Regulation Panel rules. Track record of leading transactions. Strong client relationship management skills.
