Senior Corporate Solicitor - A&L Goodbody
A&L Goodbody is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join our market-leading corporate and M&A team at our IFSC offices in Dublin. You will advise domestic and international clients on complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate restructurings under the Irish Companies Act 2014.
The successful candidate will work closely with partners on high-profile cross-border transactions and provide strategic legal advice to Fortune 500 companies and major Irish corporates. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge deal work in one of Ireland's most prestigious law firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on complex M&A transactions and corporate restructurings
- Draft and negotiate share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and joint venture documentation
- Advise on Irish Companies Act 2014 compliance and corporate governance
- Manage client relationships and mentor junior solicitors and trainees
- Coordinate with international counsel on cross-border transactions

Requirements
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland
- 7+ years PQE in corporate and M&A law
- Strong knowledge of Irish Companies Act 2014 and EU Regulations
- Experience with cross-border transactions
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Law Society of Ireland membership in good standing
