Job Description

EIH is recruiting a Senior Counsel to lead legal aspects of investment transactions, privatisations and international partnerships for Ethiopia's sovereign investment holding company.

Responsibilities

Lead due diligence and legal structuring for investment transactions
Negotiate with international investors and DFI partners
Draft and manage transaction documents including SPAs and investment agreements
Report to the Director General on all legal matters

Requirements

LLB plus LLM; qualification from international institution preferred
Minimum 7 years in M&A, private equity or investment law
Experience in cross-border transactions in Africa
