Job Description

Privredna banka Zagreb (Intesa Sanpaolo Group) seeks a Senior Legal Advisor to manage the bank's litigation portfolio including debt recovery, contract disputes, and regulatory enforcement actions. You will lead a team of junior lawyers and coordinate with external counsel.

Responsibilities

Manage the bank's civil and commercial litigation portfolio. Supervise debt recovery proceedings and enforcement actions. Represent the bank before Croatian courts at all levels. Coordinate strategy with external law firms on high-value disputes. Advise management on litigation risk and settlement negotiations.

Requirements

Croatian law degree and Bar admission. Minimum 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in banking or commercial disputes. Strong knowledge of Croatian Civil Procedure Act and Enforcement Act. Fluent in Croatian and English; Italian is a plus. Proven track record of managing complex litigation matters.
