Job Description

CTBC Bank seeks a Senior Legal Counsel for Digital Banking to provide legal support for its fintech initiatives, digital payment products, and open banking partnerships. This role is at the intersection of banking regulation and technology innovation.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support for digital banking product development and launches; advise on regulatory requirements for electronic payment services and open banking APIs; review and negotiate fintech partnership and technology vendor agreements; support regulatory sandbox applications and approvals; monitor evolving fintech regulations and advise management on compliance implications.

Requirements

Taiwan bar admission; 6+ years of banking law or fintech regulatory experience; knowledge of Taiwan Banking Act, Electronic Payment Institutions Act, and FSC fintech sandbox regulations; experience with digital product launches and regulatory approvals; fluent in Mandarin and English.
