Senior Legal Counsel

Our client, a global technology MNC with global operations is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their German office. Due to continued their business growth, they require a biginaul German and English  in-house lawyer to establish a legal team in Germany and advise the leadership and management on a broad range of topics. You will lead a small group of legal professionals to handle risk management, compliance regulatory, contracts negotiation, corporate governance, and M&A due diligence. You must be a German qualified lawyer with a good training in a reputable law firm in Germany. Proven in-house experience in the manufacturing, technologies, and/or consumer industry is essential. Hand-on experiences of working across Europe and Asia is a strong plus. Fluency in written and oral English and German is mandatory.  Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. REF: 17208/HI
