Effective handling MACT Claims. · Tendering evidence and taking regular follow up from Advocates. · Demarkation and processing of awards · Prepare and Vetting of WS and timely filing written notes of arguments. · Maintaining MIS of the concerned location. · Travelling to Locations for reviewing cases , adducing evidences and pre- settlement .
