Senior Oil & Gas Attorney

Amini Law Firm PLLC is seeking several senior oil and gas attorneys to join its growing team and assist with the preparation of oil and gas title opinions.

The position is full-time and remote. We are looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude, humility, and a solid work ethic. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects and attorneys as well as substantial experience authoring title opinions and reviewing title opinions prepared by other attorneys.

Other Requirements:

• Must be actively licensed to practice law in Texas
• A strong mastery of oil and gas title examination
• Must have 4+ years of experience managing attorneys and projects relating to the rendition of title opinions
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team-centric environment
• Willingness to draft or review title opinions as well as provide training to attorneys and/or paralegals, depending on the needs of the firm
