Supervisory Legal Administrative Specialist (Chief, Litigation Support Division)

GS-14 Minimum Qualifications Requirement: To be eligible at the GS-14 level, you must meet the specialized experience requirement defined below: Specialized Experience: You must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: experience supervising a legal support staff; identifying employee training needs; evaluating employee performance; assigning work projects and establishing deadlines; providing paralegal support to a professional attorney staff; providing administrative and technical services with litigation support, eDiscovery services, and complex data management. Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP) - The CTAP provides eligible surplus and displaced competitive service employees in the Department of Justice with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
