Job Description
Ellex Klavins seeks a Tax Law Senior Associate to advise on corporate tax planning, transfer pricing, and indirect tax matters. You will work with multinational clients on cross-border tax structures and represent clients in tax disputes with the State Revenue Service.
Responsibilities
Advise on corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax matters. Structure tax-efficient cross-border transactions and holding arrangements. Represent clients in tax audits and disputes before the State Revenue Service. Provide opinions on transfer pricing documentation and compliance with BEPS guidelines.
Requirements
Master's degree in law or tax. At least 5 years of experience in tax law. Deep understanding of Latvian tax legislation and EU tax directives. Experience with transfer pricing and international tax treaties. Fluent in Latvian and English.
