レクチャー（15%）：ビジネスリーダーが講師となり、仕事内容や最新動向を共有します

ワークショップ（10%）：エージェンシー内の様々な部署(*)の実務をOJT感覚で体験します

プロジェクト（75％）：グループの仲間と協力してクライアントワークを疑似体験します
