Job Description

Wiersholm is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to advise on complex M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and capital markets work for leading Norwegian and international clients.

Responsibilities

Lead M&A due diligence and transaction execution. Draft and negotiate share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements. Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Mentor junior associates and manage client relationships.

Requirements

Master of Laws (LLM) from a recognized Norwegian university. Minimum 7 years of corporate law experience. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Fluency in Norwegian and English required.
