Domański Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP) is offering a position for a candidate commencing their aplikacja radcowska (legal counsel apprenticeship) within our Corporate/M&A practice in Warsaw. About the Programme

The 3-year aplikacja radcowska programme at DZP combines practical training in corporate and transactional work with the mandatory curriculum set by the Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie (OIRP). You will work on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and commercial contracts under the supervision of experienced radcowie prawni and adwokaci.

DZP provides a structured mentoring programme, covers OIRP training costs, and offers dedicated study leave for the egzamin radcowski (legal counsel bar examination). Our aplikanci benefit from early client exposure and hands-on transactional experience that accelerates professional development.

Duration & Compensation

This is a paid, 3-year position. Start date: January 2027 (aligned with the OIRP training cycle). The firm provides a competitive monthly salary and covers all training-related expenses.

• Support radcowie prawni on M&A transactions: due diligence, document drafting, and closing
• Draft corporate documents (resolutions, articles of association, KRS filings) under supervision
• Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law matters
• Attend OIRP-mandated training sessions and prepare for the egzamin radcowski
• Participate in DZP's internal training programme and knowledge-sharing seminars
• Assist with client meetings and business development activities

• Magister prawa from a recognised Polish university
• Passed or registered for the wstępny egzamin na aplikację radcowską (entrance examination)
• Strong interest in corporate/M&A law and transactional work
• Good knowledge of the Kodeks spółek handlowych and Kodeks cywilny
• Fluent Polish and English (B2+); additional languages welcome
• Willingness to commit to the full 3-year aplikacja radcowska programme
