Programme Details

What You Will Do
- Assist with reviewing banking facility agreements, guarantees, and security documents
- Research UAE Central Bank regulations and consumer protection requirements
- Support the data privacy team with DPIA documentation and vendor assessments
- Draft summaries of regulatory updates and legal developments affecting the banking sector
- Attend internal training sessions on AML/CFT and compliance topics

Requirements
- Law student in final two years of LLB or enrolled in LLM with banking/finance focus
- Interest in banking regulation, fintech, or financial services law
- Strong research and writing skills in English
- Eligible to work in the UAE
- Basic understanding of UAE banking regulatory framework is a plus
