Bernitsas Law offers a banking law internship (praktiki askisi) for law graduates seeking to specialize in banking and finance law. You will gain exposure to NPL transactions, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance work at one of Greece's top-ranked financial law practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with legal research on Greek and EU banking regulations
  • Help prepare due diligence reports and document review for NPL portfolios
  • Draft basic legal documentation under attorney supervision
  • Support the team with regulatory filings and compliance documentation
  • Attend seminars and training sessions on current developments in banking law

Requirements

  • Recent law graduate from a Greek university with strong academic performance
  • Enrolled or planning to enroll in askisi at a Greek Dikigoritikos Syllogos

  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases
