Internship Description

ARIFA invites law students to join its corporate and commercial law practice as interns (Pasantía). You will support the team on company formations, corporate governance matters, and commercial contract drafting under the Ley de Sociedades Anónimas and the Código de Comercio.

Responsibilities

Assist with company incorporation filings and corporate resolutions. Research corporate governance and shareholder rights issues. Draft preliminary commercial contracts under attorney supervision. Support due diligence on corporate transactions. Organize and maintain corporate minute books and records.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in the final two years of a Licenciatura en Derecho at a Panamanian university. Interest in corporate and commercial law. Good academic standing. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
