Corporate Legal Intern — NagaCorp Ltd., Phnom Penh

NagaCorp Ltd. is offering a legal internship in its in-house legal department at NagaWorld, Phnom Penh. You will gain exposure to corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance for a major Hong Kong-listed Cambodian company operating in the entertainment and hospitality sector.

This internship provides unique in-house experience at one of Cambodia's largest private sector employers, with exposure to both Cambodian and Hong Kong legal frameworks.

• Assist with contract review, drafting, and management for the NagaCorp group
• Support corporate governance tasks including board minutes and regulatory filings
• Conduct legal research on Cambodian commercial law and Hong Kong listing requirements
• Help maintain the legal department's contract database and document management system
• Assist with due diligence on vendors, partners, and commercial counterparties
• Attend internal meetings and assist with legal department administration

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law programme
• Interest in corporate law, commercial contracts, and in-house legal practice
• Basic knowledge of the Law on Commercial Enterprises and Civil Code
• Proficient in English; Khmer and/or Mandarin are advantages
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to commit to a minimum 3-month internship
