This internship provides unmatched in-house legal exposure across Nepal's most diversified business empire — spanning FMCG (Wai Wai), banking (NMB Bank), hospitality (Faimont), electronics, real estate, and energy.

Interns will work across multiple business verticals, assisting with commercial contracts, corporate secretarial compliance, trademark management for CG's extensive brand portfolio, and regulatory filings under the Companies Act 2063 (2006). CG Corp's Lalitpur headquarters and international operations in 30+ countries provide a rare combination of domestic and cross-border legal exposure for aspiring corporate lawyers in Nepal.

• Review and draft basic commercial contracts, NDAs, and service agreements under supervision
• Assist with corporate secretarial compliance and board documentation for subsidiaries
• Research legal issues across multiple business verticals (FMCG, banking, hospitality, energy)
• Support trademark renewal and brand protection documentation for CG's product portfolio
• Attend legal team meetings and cross-functional business reviews
• Maintain the legal department's contract database and compliance tracking systems

• LL.B. from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu University, or equivalent (final year or graduate)
• Strong interest in corporate, commercial, and in-house legal practice
• Good academic record in corporate law, contract law, and commercial law
• English fluency required for international operations support
• Ability to work across multiple business sectors and with diverse teams
• Interest in FMCG, brand protection, and intellectual property
• Commitment to the full 6-month internship duration
