Internship Description

Winkler Partners offers a Data Protection & Privacy Internship for law students interested in privacy law and technology regulation. Interns will assist the data protection team with PDPA compliance projects, privacy policy reviews, and cross-border data transfer analyses for technology and financial services clients.

Responsibilities

Research data protection regulations and prepare comparative analysis memos; assist with reviewing and updating privacy policies and consent mechanisms; support privacy impact assessment processes for client projects; help organize data mapping exercises and compliance documentation; draft summaries of regulatory developments in data protection law.

Requirements
