Dispute Resolution Internship — Allen & Gledhill Myanmar

Allen & Gledhill Myanmar offers a paid internship in our dispute resolution practice at our Junction City Tower office. Interns will observe court proceedings at the Yangon Region High Court, assist with case research, and gain practical exposure to both litigation and international arbitration matters.

This internship provides law students with hands-on experience in one of Myanmar's leading dispute resolution practices, working alongside experienced Advocates on commercial and investment disputes.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Type: Paid internship (MMK 300,000/month)
• Start: January and July intakes

• Observe court proceedings at the Yangon Region High Court
• Research Myanmar case law and statutory provisions for ongoing cases
• Assist with drafting legal submissions and research memoranda
• Help prepare witness statements and documentary evidence bundles
• Attend arbitration hearings and case preparation sessions
• Participate in moot court exercises and internal training programs

• LL.B. student (3rd year or above) or recent graduate
• Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
• Knowledge of Myanmar court system and legal procedures
• Good analytical and legal writing skills
• Fluent in Myanmar; English proficiency required
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
