Energy Law Internship - Legal Division
Saudi Aramco is offering a paid legal internship in our Legal Division in Dhahran. This is a prestigious opportunity to experience in-house legal work at the world's largest energy company.
Internship Overview
This 10-week summer internship places law students in Aramco's Legal Division, where they will gain exposure to energy law, contracts, and international transactions. Interns rotate across practice areas including upstream, downstream, corporate, and dispute resolution teams.
Duration and Compensation
- Duration: 10 weeks (Summer 2026)
- Compensation: SAR 8,000/month (paid)
- Location: Aramco headquarters, Dhahran/Dammam
- Housing allowance provided for non-Eastern Province residents
What You Will Do
- Assist with contract review and drafting for energy transactions
- Research oil and gas regulations, environmental law, and energy transition frameworks
- Attend cross-functional meetings with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
- Participate in Aramco's structured legal internship program with workshops and presentations
- Complete a capstone project on a selected legal topic

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in LLB or LLM program at a recognized Saudi or international university
- Saudi nationals and international students eligible (visa sponsorship available)
- Strong academic record (top 20% of class preferred)
- Interest in energy law, oil and gas, or environmental law
- English fluency required; Arabic preferred
- Available for full-time commitment during the internship period
