Estagiário — Departamento Imobiliário (Estágio 18 meses)

PLMJ is offering an 18-month Estágio position in its Departamento Imobiliário at Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo in Lisbon. Graduates registered for the Estágio da Ordem dos Advogados will gain practical experience in Portugal's booming real estate market — property transactions, urban rehabilitation, and lease advisory — working alongside experienced Advogados in one of Portugal's leading real estate practices.

What You Will Do

• Assist with due diligence on commercial and residential property portfolios — Conservatória do Registo Predial searches and Caderneta Predial analysis
• Research Portuguese property law: Código Civil (Direitos Reais), NRAU, RJUE, and Código do Notariado
• Help draft lease agreements (contratos de arrendamento) and sale-and-purchase contracts (contratos de compra e venda)
• Support the team on SIGI structuring and real estate fund regulatory matters
• Attend notarial signings (escrituras) and Conservatória filings

Elegibilidade

• Licenciatura or Mestrado em Direito from a recognised Portuguese university
• Registered for the Estágio da Ordem dos Advogados
• Interest in real estate and property law
• Good English (B2+); Duration: 18 months, full-time
