Estagiário — Departamento Jurídico Energia (Estágio 12 meses)

EDP — Energias de Portugal is offering a 12-month Estagiário programme in its Legal Department at Avenida 24 de Julho in Lisbon. Graduates will gain hands-on experience in energy law at a global leader in renewable energy, supporting the legal team on regulatory matters, environmental compliance, and renewable project development across Portugal and internationally.

What You Will Do

• Research energy regulation: ERSE tariff frameworks, DGEG licensing procedures, and EU Clean Energy Package
• Assist with environmental permitting documentation for wind and solar projects under Decreto-Lei n.º 151-B/2013
• Support due diligence on renewable energy project acquisitions
• Draft internal memoranda on ESG reporting requirements (CSRD, EU Taxonomy)
• Participate in EDP's graduate development and mentoring programme

Elegibilidade

• Licenciatura or Mestrado em Direito from a recognised Portuguese university
• Interest in energy law, environmental law, or ESG
• Good English (B2+); Duration: 12 months, full-time, with possibility of extension
