Internship Description

Sorainen Latvia invites applications for an EU Law & Regulatory Internship. Interns will assist with competition law research, state aid analysis, and EU regulatory compliance matters across the Baltic region.

Responsibilities

Research EU regulatory developments and their impact on Latvian law. Assist with preparation of competition law memoranda and merger notification filings. Support state aid compliance reviews for public and private clients. Help organize internal seminars on new EU legislation affecting Baltic businesses.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a law degree program with focus on EU law. Strong interest in competition law and regulatory affairs. Research-oriented with excellent analytical skills. Fluent in Latvian and English.
