Internship — Legal Department

UniCredit Bulbank offers a Legal Department Internship for law students looking to gain experience in banking law within Bulgaria's largest bank. Interns will rotate across different legal functions including lending, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, providing a comprehensive overview of in-house legal practice in the financial sector.

Assisting legal counsel with review and preparation of loan documentation; Conducting legal research on banking regulations and consumer protection; Organizing and maintaining legal department files and archives; Assisting with preparation of board materials and corporate governance documents; Monitoring legislative changes affecting the banking sector; Attending internal training sessions organized by the legal department; Preparing research summaries and presentations for supervising counsel.

Currently enrolled in years III-V of a Law degree at a recognized Bulgarian university; Interest in banking law and financial services; Basic knowledge of the Obligations and Contracts Act and Credit Institutions Act; Academic grade average of minimum 5.00/6.00; Fluent Bulgarian and English; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Available for minimum 4 hours per day for at least 3 months.
