IP Law Intern — Tilleke & Gibbins Cambodia, 7 Makara, Phnom Penh

Tilleke & Gibbins Cambodia is offering an internship in its Intellectual Property practice. You will assist with trademark prosecution, IP portfolio management, and enforcement actions, gaining exposure to one of Southeast Asia's most experienced IP teams.

This internship offers excellent training in IP law with a firm that has managed hundreds of thousands of IP registrations across the region. Previous interns have gone on to full-time positions with the firm.

• Assist with trademark filing preparation and prosecution at the Department of Intellectual Property Rights
• Conduct trademark clearance searches in Cambodian and international databases
• Support IP portfolio management and renewal tracking for regional clients
• Draft cease-and-desist letters and enforcement correspondence under supervision
• Research Cambodia's IP law framework and ASEAN IP harmonisation initiatives
• Assist with client reporting on IP registration status and deadlines

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law programme
• Interest in intellectual property law, trademarks, and brand protection
• Basic knowledge of the Law on Marks, Trade Names and Acts of Unfair Competition (2002)
• Proficient in Khmer and English
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Ability to commit to a minimum 3-month internship
