Land Law Trainee — Sciaroni & Associates, Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh

Sciaroni & Associates is offering a trainee position in its Land and Real Estate practice. You will assist with land title searches, property due diligence, and real estate transactions under the Land Law (2001) and related sub-decrees.

Cambodia's property market is dynamic and complex, with unique title registration challenges. This traineeship provides invaluable practical experience in one of the most in-demand legal specialisations in the Kingdom.

• Assist with land title searches and verification at the Ministry of Land Management's Cadastral Office
• Support the preparation of land transfer documentation and ownership certificates
• Draft preliminary lease agreements and sale-and-purchase contracts under supervision
• Research land law issues including economic land concessions and social land concessions
• Assist with property due diligence for investment and development transactions
• Maintain the firm's property transaction file management system

• Final-year law student or recent graduate from a recognised Cambodian university
• Interest in land law, real estate, and property transactions
• Basic understanding of the Land Law (2001) and title registration processes
• Proficient in Khmer and English
• Willingness to conduct title searches at the Cadastral Office
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
