Dentons Poland offers a legal internship within the Banking & Finance team at our Rondo 1 tower office in Warsaw. This programme provides law students with hands-on experience in one of the largest banking law practices in Poland, working on real financing transactions.

About the Internship

During your 3-6 month internship, you will support the B&F team on syndicated lending, project finance, and structured finance transactions. You will learn to work with LMA-standard facility agreements adapted for Polish law, assist with preparation of security packages under the Kodeks cywilny and Ustawa o zastawie rejestrowym, and help manage transaction closing processes.

You will gain exposure to Prawo bankowe (Banking Law) and KNF regulatory requirements, and develop practical skills in legal drafting, due diligence, and transaction management. Dentons' global platform ensures exposure to cross-border matters and international best practices.
